Limited Data Collection

MyAutoLog does not collect, transmit, or share your personal data for marketing or analytics. All vehicle, service, document, and fuel log data you enter is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account if enabled.

When you use the AI Chat feature, the information you provide in chat (and any optional attachments) is securely sent to our third‑party AI service provider solely to process your request. This data is not stored by MyAutoLog and is only used to generate your AI response.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud Drive under your Apple ID. We do not access, collect, or transmit this data. Apple is responsible for the security and privacy of your iCloud data.

Export & Import

You may export and import your data to transfer it between devices or accounts. The exported file is under your control and is never shared externally by the app.

No Tracking or Analytics

MyAutoLog does not use third‑party analytics, advertising, tracking SDKs, or telemetry services.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for managing your exported data. We cannot retrieve lost files or undo deletions that occur outside the app.
